My husband had surgery in 2011, he now has titanium

Patient

Q: My husband had surgery in 2011, he now has titanium in his face after a severe car accident. There was no follow up due to lack of insurance. He has been getting a lot of infections in his mouth and the dentist just gives him antibiotics each time. Though i believe this is a quick fix it does not solve the problem. He needs to be reexamined by health professionals that are dedicated to learning how the body reacts to foreign objects . He is starting to feel palpitations in is heart and is loosing his energy. I need to know what to do. I have taken him to the er where they do not look into the issue the way they should, prescribing antibiotics and being done with it. He has 3 kids that need a healthy father. Please help me
