Q: My husband has had back and neck issues for eight years recently diagnosed as spinal stenosis and siatica. He did not have health insurance and bought it off the street andhas become very opioid tolerance to percaset needing more than 30 mugs for if to be effective he know has insurance and needs treatment because he can't keep living in pain every day should he be seeking durg reabilation or pain management and will he be fairly treated when he's honest about how he's lived with it for so long? He was injured at work but smoked marawana with his friends on the week ends so was afraid to go in under a work accident ? What should he do ?
