My question is about my husbands sleep disorder, he is 42 years old, and exercises 5, 6 times a week usually weight lifting and cardio, he followed strictly balanced and healthy food, lately he quits caffeine intake, though he has sever insomnia sleep deprivation, usually he sleeps no more than four hours day, once he is stressed out he sleeps for only two hours per day, he refuses totally to take any medication to help him to relax, I have suggested to him to take Melatonin GNC product, your advice is greatly appreciated
