My IUD was coming out so the OB/Gyn removed it

Patient

Q: My IUD was coming out so the OB/Gyn removed it 3/19. Since then my BP readings have been high, I've thrown up the last 4 days, I have awful gas (belching a lot), my cycle started the 27th, I was crying for no reason and withdrawn, I have headaches (but they tend to correspond to an elevated BP and then I vomit). I had a mesh put in years ago for my hernia but it looks like it's gotten bigger. My neck, shoulders and upper arms ache. Could all this be side effects of the IUD removal?
