Patient :My laperoscopy incision looks to have a single stitch, the original horizontal incision has healed but the stitch itself is vertical and has opened up a one millimeter (1 cm long, 2 mm wide) deep vertical cut in line with the stitch. it is also seeping a yellowish puss but it does not seem to have an odor. is it infected? do I need to go to my doctor to get it looked at?
