Patient :While working out specifically on my abs, my middle abdomen can pop out of place and cause me slight pain and discomfort till it has eased itself back into place. While doing ab workouts, i notice slight irregularities in the positions of my abdomen area. It happened to me last year for the first time, since then, any work on my body around that area can cause the problem to arise again.
Symptoms: There is no other symptoms to this, other than slight pain and discomfort
