Patient :My mum aged 54 went to doctor with flu and was diagnosed with chest infection and sent for chest X-ray, she took antibiotics and feels better although still a bit like she has flu. Chest x Ray came back with large high density mass on one side of lung and shadow on the other, a chest X-ray completed a few years ago was clear. She is being sent for ct scan, what could this be?
