Patient :I have been cracking/popping my neck everyday for probably 6 months. Started by back cracking occasionally then i found a way by just tilting your head 90 degrees to either side to crack my neck. I believe it could be partially because of stress or the sports and lifting. Wanted to know how to stop because it just builds up until i can crack it by looking one way.
I had heard if you apply one hand to a side of your head and pushing against it was a substitute, but did not really work for me.
