Patient :My period is always regular in time and flow. This month it came 4 days early, the first hour was a decent flow, I filled one tampon. For the next day it was very watery and reddish pink. Just used a panty liner not enough for a pad or tampon. The third day it was extremely light. Mostly just when I went pee and still watery. 4th day is just brown spotting and 5th days barely any spotting but what is there is watery and brown. My period is always heavy till the 4th day, enough to leak through tampons. And I always get back pain on the first day. I've had zero back pain or cramps and haven't had the need for a tampon since the first hour. My breasts feel fuller and heavier than normal. I've also been extremely nauseated to the point I've thrown up a couple times which is a rare thing for me. I feel very off and tired. 9 years ago I became pregnant and was further along than I had thought as I had a light "period". I have tried to conceive for the last 5 years and came to the conclusion I may not be able to conceive. Could I be pregnant? Or is there another problem that I could be experiencing? I am 29.
