Patient : Hi, I am a teenager who is slightly overweight(got a little belly haning there) And I was wondering how I should loose some weight.
Can you give me any advises and a general idea about how long it takes to get your body fit? Been trying to loose weight but it just does not seem to be working.
Also what kind of exercises do you recommend to do so my stomach would flatten and my abs being show?
