Patient :I am a guy, 22 years old. I am feminine. wanted to increase butt muscle. I exercised and then my butt muscle increased. I thought I should also increase pecs. I did pec bounce forcefully for 3 days all the time. did not want to use arms because didnot want arm muscle. now I see my ribs are out of place. they look like they are coming out and the width of my stomach and ribs increased. I don't want to look broad. please help. what should I do? I think the muscle in my ribs also increased, so this has increased the width. what should I do to make it how it was before?
