My wife and I have used IUI insemination 4 to

Patient : My wife and I have used IUI insemination 4 to 5 times (at home). The first three times did not work. However, the last two we do not know. Each instrumentation we received inconclusive answers on each pregnancy test we took. Her OB Doctor told her if she wasn't getting any positives at home then to not come in; to save everyone's time because all they would do would be a urine pregnancy test. She has taken hundreds of tests. Some have given her a faint positive - and others nothing (at this point I am referring to our February inseam.). Our last insemination was in March; and yet again - same thing. Faint positives and same response from her OB Doctor. My wife has been getting what we believe is to be her 'period'. However, she has stated that they are no longer the same - they're lighter and last at the most two days. We have seen body changes as well, hips are wider, her breasts always swollen and tender, her stomach is tender to the touch and tight around the abdomen, etc. As of recently, two weeks as an estimate, my wife says she has been feeling flutters. She says it feels the same way when she was pregnant with our first born 5 years ago. Yesterday, my hand was on her stomach, and I felt the movement as well. Is there a chance my wife is pregnant; given the fact that she has been getting negative pregnancy tests? We have read that this can be common with second pregnancies. At this moment; we do not want to go into a doctors office to be told the same thing with a urine test. All we want is an answer; is there anything we can say or do to get a doctor to give us a firm answer?
