Mystery illness

Q: Hi, ive been having problems for a few years now and no doctor of many has found the problem and im stuck with pain and feeling unwell. I get sharp pains all over my abdomen. they are in the gallbladder area, in my kidneys and down from my kidneys into my groin. severe pain in my back when stood upright, relieved by sitting down. Waking every morning with severe pain in my lower abdomen. pins and needles often in my hands and feet. This all started when i got swollen lymph nodes in my groin. nausea feeling all the time, thet seems to decrease after eating. high liver function tests noticed for 2 months. sexual health clinic tests in 2008 that all came back clear. Severe diareah around the same time as lymph nodes for 1 week. acid from my stomach caused a badly burnt throat around 2 months ago. feel very drained all the time. Panicky feeling as tho heart is going to stop, making me stand from sitting position. Irregular heartbeat feeling like its strugling to pump. Thanks
