Nebulizer vs vapor pen?

Patient : I suffer from asthma and have been prescribed an albuterol sulfate syrup to be used with a nebulizer I was wondering if I could put that medication into a vapor pen? would it have the same effects? are there any risls?
Symptoms:  Asthma
