Neck and back pain and having alot of pain in my arm

Q: I WENT AND HAD A MRI WHAT DOES C3-4 THERE IS A SUBTLE CHRONIC CENTRAL POSTERIOR DISC PROTRUSION WHICH HAS MARGINAL CONTACT WITH THE VETRAL MARGIN OF THE SPINAL CORD. THERE IS A MILD CENTRAL SPINAL STENOSIS. RIGHT UNCOVERTEBRAL HYPERTRPHY CAUSE MILD RIGHT FORAMINAL STENOSIS. I JUST NEED SOMEONE TO EXPLAIN TO ME IF THIS IS A BAD THING , I HAVE MORE PROBLEMS THEN THIS BUT DIDNT REALLY WANT TO RIGHT ALL 3 PAGES OF WHAT I GOT IM MORE CONCERNED ABOUT WHAT THIS PROBLEM MAY BE...?
