Need a starting place for lots of chronic symptoms

Q: I'm a college student and have primary access to just a clinic. I want to know if I should see someone else, or if a basic clinic will be all I need. These are all chronic symptoms, most have been ongoing for years.

Symptoms:  frequent diarrhea
intense uterine cramping (now constant since IUD insertion)
frequent urination
gas that goes nowhere
farts
burps
acid reflux/heartburn
sharp phantom pains
dull aches for no reason
frequent muscle spasms/jerks
feeling of lost circulation in arms, legs, hands, & fingers for no reason
back pain (sudden & intense, but normally short-lived)
tiredness
dizziness
lightheadedness
feeling of mental fogginess
headaches
nausea
stomach pain
pain with intercourse
burning/tingling sensations on skin
