Need advice on what to expect on testing and possible diagnosis

Q: Looking for advice or guidance as to what to expect with potential tests and overall diagnosis. Could I be diabetic? Or possible have something more severe, like MS or arthritis?

Symptoms:  Numbing, bloated and tingling discomfort in limbs, phalanges and or torso (lasts up to 3 months at a time). Frequent urination, occasional dribbling of urine, excessive dehydration and dry mouth. Joint aches, pains and popping upon movement. Frequent muscle spasms, unexpected slurring of speech, constant fatigue, lack of energy , problems concentrating, unexpected perspiration, lack of sexual arousal (or dryness during intercourse). LOW blood sugar (meters between 20mg/dl to 70mg/dl even with eating sugars or natural sugar derived foods).
