Patient : Dear Doctor, I'm a university and i am far from fit, i do not do any exercise or watch what i eat. i want to make a change now but i don't know where to begin. what would you recommend? also, i was thinking of creating a "fitness for dummies' association at my university for people like me so we help each other out. do you think this would be a good idea?
