Need some help determining what I have.

Patient : Hi, I hit puberty early at round 11 and I am a girl. I have always had these little bumps and sometimes a white head. They are on the out side of my viginia lips and they are painless, ichless, and seemed just like skin. They are not red. And every site I got to says genital warts but I can't if I haven't don't anything sexual with anyone. So I'm wondering is it normal? Or what's going on? I can't have stds if I haven't done anything with a boy.  Thanks you for the help
