Negative pregnancy test but multiple pregnancy symptoms
Patient :I have sore nipples my period is late I have been throwing up in the mornings my left ovary is cramping like my hip needs to pop. I have PCOS and endometriosis and every pregnancy test has been negative. What's going on?

Minor variations in periods can occur due to many causes.
Usually menstrual cycle with length of 21 days to 35 days should be considered as normal only.
PCOS can present with irregular periods.
Urine pregnancy test kit can give accurate result after one week of expected date of periods.
Nausea, pain abdomen can be seen in premenstrual phase also, endometriosis can intensify the symptoms.
If urine pregnancy test gives negative result even one week after missed period and pain abdomen, nausea persists, better to consult your doctor once and get examined.
By examination and ultrasound the exact problem can be identified and treated.
