Patient : Is it possible for facial nerve damage or complications to cause hair to grow thinner on one side of the face? The thin growth occurs at the hairline, mustache, and beard. The hairline was noticeably thinner around age 17 before the facial hair was long enough to be noticeable.. Or is all of this a part of male pattern baldness?
