Neurofibromatosis in a 23 years old woman.

Patient: I am 23 years old and have severe back pain from a genetic disorder called neurofibromatosis. Right now I have a tumor from T1-T7 and it is the size of a grown mans thumb. I am taking lortabs but it isn’t working. My right arm goes numb as well as other female parts. Is there anything else I can do?
