Neurogenic Bladder

Patient: My father is 74 years old. He has been diagnosed with a Neurogenic Bladder ,5 years back. He is diabetic for the last 30 years. He is extremely frail . He is now on self catheterisation which he does 4-5 times a day. He has a perpetual Bladder infection and has been on antibiotics for months now as the infection keeps appearing on and off. Pls advise in case there is any cure of any other solution for this disease.
