Nimesulide and Pregnancy

Q: My wife's last period was started on 16th of September. She had fever and headache on 19th Oct. On 20th Oct. early morning 4AM I gave her half tablet of Paracetamol(500mg) combined with Nimesulide(100 mg) and in night 10PM I gave her same one tablet. Her pregnancy test came positive on 21st of October.

Paracetamol has been said safe for pregnancy but I was not aware about Nimesulide, and when I came to know it is contradictory it was already taken by my wife.

Is her pregnancy and fetal safe? Kindly help me.
