Patient: My friends daughter was recently admitted to hospital and was informed that her iron levels are extremely low. I would like to find out the normal haemoglobin level for a two year old girl please

Doctor: The normal Haemoglobin range in a child of 1 – 5 years is 110 – 140g/L (grams per Litre) or 11 – 14g/dL (grams per deci- eci-Litre).
