Patient :My 6 yr old daughter has spot calcium in urine which is 43.5 mg/dl and spot creatinine is 121.9. what is the normal level of spot calcium and spot creatinine in urine for a girl child .
In renal DMSA scan , the report had one commenr which was "a small area of inflammation in the left cortex" .
Can you please explain what the above findings mean ?
