Normal low blood pressure until pregnancy

Patient : I normally have low blood pressure that runs 90 50 I am currently 16.5 weeks pregnant and my blood pressure is rising up to 137 104 which was taken at an endocrinologist and a different reading this morning of 131 64 at home with an automatic bp machine. Should I be concerned about the increase of blood pressure not just the numbers themselves. My OB GYN doesn't seem concerned because it is within normal range for pregnancy but it is way above my personal normal. Prior to getting pregnant I was facing medication to raise my BP because it would drop so low. Please help me
