Patient : Hi I am a 6 foot 2 male and weigh 230 pounds. I am trying to lose some weight but am having no luck.
I have tried exercising more, running 3 times a week for over a month a d have tried calorie counting. I have your this for 2 weeks now (counting) and have seen no results.
This is extremely frustrating and I don't know why I am not losing weight! Please help! I am of big build so don't want to lose too much but this is ridiculous! No loss in 6 weeks total! Doing everything I think I should be!
