Patient :I was diagnosed with scoliosis 5 years ago and had my corrective surgery 3 years ago. They only fixed the upper portion of my spine. Recently I've been doing Pilates and yoga and now have a sore lower left back. When I sit with my legs crossed relaxed my back leans to the left with no pain, when I make a conscious decision to sit straight my lower left back hurts then when I lean right it's way more painful. How do I fix this?
Symptoms: Lower left back pain and incorrect posture.
