Numbness in hands and knees of child

Patient

Q: My daughter cannot feel her knees or her hands. They feel completely numb to the touch; she can't tell when someone is touching them. We have taken her to multiple doctors...they have no real idea. She is scared. She does not have a B12 deficiency...if anything, its a little high. The knees at first completely hurt to touch, then simply stopped having feeling at all. About a month later, the same thing happened with her hands, but without the pain. Both episodes first occurred while she was laying down to sleep and have continued with no relief ever since. HELP. PLEASE. I cannot sleep, I am so worried.
