Patient : Hello i m feeling that my heart is not working properly. last night i feel that it stop pumping while i was near to sleep in my bed, I suddenly woke up i tried to be conscious, i called my friend for to go to doctor with me, he came but we didn't find the right doctor because of the odd hours. a chemist give me some pills to eat. he checked my blood pressure and said it is OK. i asked about the medicine that what is these for he said to normalize your heart beat and for anxiety, one of the pill is named as "OMEPRAZOLE" . that night i sleep for 4 hours. in morning i woke up very hardly and go to give my academic exam. the rest of the day i feel good. but in evening i started again a worrying state, i feel that something is wrong with my heart it is not working as it was before. i m 27 year old not much involve in physical activities and doing an office job. my is to perform duties round the clock in shifts, i m doing it from last five years. i also use sometime Bromazepam 3 mg to go to sleep quickly. i do not take the whole pill but one fourth of the 3 mg pill. from last two weeks it is happening to me that whenever as i go to sleep i suddenly woke up and feeling that my breath is stopping due to which my body react and i wake up. i feel never breathing problem when in usual routine nor i m snoring nor i have defects in my nose. also i don't think that my breath is actually stopping but it is heart that is going to slow down or may be stop, sometime i try to move my body but i cant in the above situation. last night this situation was very intense i wake up but feeling that i am losing consciousness and i am going to fall. it is very strange i don't know what to do.
