Patient :I often eat protein bars as a snack, mostly out of a box. (This happens with many things, I am just using protein bars as an exapmle.) I find that I will end up eating four or five bars at the same time, and my body doesn't even seem to register it. I am also worried that I may have depression. Since I feel less stressed when I eat, I am worried these two are connected. What do you think?
