Occasional prostate pain when sleeping.

Patient

Q: 20 year old male. This only happens whenever I haven't masturbated for 2 to 3 weeks. I get this throbbing pain I feel around the rectum(prostate?) area, and only starts when I'm asleep and can continue for one or two hours after I wake up. My own guess is that not masturbating causes the prostate to get enlarged, which is then pressured by rectum or bladder as they store urine/feces? Going to the bathroom doesn't always seem to instantly help though, but sometimes helps a bit. Do I have to see a specialist?
