Ocular migraines or something else?

Q: I am a 28 yo female. No significant health history. Except I started having these migraines 2 years ago right after the birth of my 2nd child. I thought it was a TIA at first because I couldn't read, talk or see right. I also got numbness and tingling on my right side. Very minor headache. I went on to have more episodes like this, so I went to the dr. and was diagnosed with ocular migraines and given Imitrex. Only problem is I can't just take a pill when I am already showing s/s and so I eventually went back after the headaches got more frequent. He put me on amitriptyline, which I decided not to take after awhile because I still was getting the migraines. So my question is: is is possible these are not ocular migraines? I have had over 50 and only a handful of times have I had a bad headache. I don't have an aversion to light or sound. Just the aura, followed by numbness and tingling and being unable to make sense of words. I also feel dizzy most of the day, even when I have eaten and am hydrated. I also feel like my eyes are not tracking together at times. This past few weeks my first two fingers on my left hand are numb at the fingertips and I have been feeling anxious. Please help me with what else this could be because I am drowning in information! Thanks so much
