Patient : Several months ago I had what I believe to have been a bout of prostatitis. I had muscle fasiculations in that area, that seems to have spread all over my body. The prostate fasiculation has almost entirely stopped (occasional flicker). Six weeks ago I noticed a round, lightly colored, whitish grey, depressed area on the shaft of my penis where it meets the glans. No ulceration. The area is well defined, slightly lower than the rest of the skin and just off center, there is a small spot that is the same color as my glans. Just yesterday, I noticed that on the left (opposite the previously described oddity) there is now a triangular patch of lighter, bright pink skin (I am caucasion, but most of my penis is brownish in color). Aside from an occasional twang of pain (once every 3 weeks) from the area, I don't notice it without looking at it. STD tests negative.
