Odd symptoms, could I be pregnant?

Q: My partner and I are trying to get pregnant so I have been off birth control for about three months now and on prenatal. I have a regular cycle of 22 days and have never had spotting in between periods. So here is the breakdown of events. I was suppose to get my period on Jan 29/14 and am now a week late. On that same day (Jan 29) I went to the doctor and got antibiotics for a light green vaginal discharge I've never had before. I started antibiotics the next day (Jan 30/14)and for ten days (till Feb 8). On Feb 5/14 I got light spotting that lasted the whole day and it continued on to today Feb 6/14. It's a very light pinkish/red colour with small clots which I've never experienced before. It seems like its a very light period but I'm guessing I could also be pregnant too. I took a pregnancy test on Jan 29/14 and it came back negative. In the last week I've had some strong headaches, fatigue, very thirsty all day and eating a lot more than I'm use to. Craving lots of sweets and fruits.i thought maybe I was dehydrated but I've been drinking plenty of fluids. I'm also usually a light sleeper but I have been sleeping very sound and deeply with intense dreams. It could just be my weird hormonal self getting these symptoms but I also need some advice before I go see a doctor in a week. I'm worried because this is unusual for me and my body. Could I be pregnant?
