Patient :Ok im am 16 years old i have a question about my periods they were never really normal i started at 13 it stopped for about a year then i started having them again at 14 well i got a cyst on my ovary and after it bursted or whatever i decided to get on the birth control shot and i quit getting it the shots last year and i still havent had my period should i be worried

As you are having irregular cycles since menarche, better to get evaluated.
So, please do consult your doctor, get examined and go for investigations like ultrasound, gonadal hormonal profile, thyroid hormonal profile, prolactin levels, hemoglobin and blood sugar levels estimation etc.
With this workup, the possible cause of your problem can be identified and treated.
