Patient :I am a non-strick vegetarian (eat eggs and drink milk), and concerned about getting enough vitamin B12. I already take Omega 3 supplements, 3600 mg per day, containing anchovy, sardine and /or mackerel oils. Would that in itself provide me with a large part of the 24 units of recommended daily dosage of Vitamin B 12? Does yogurt provide B12?
