2 Granola Bowls for the Pro Athlete and aspiring Athlete:

Base is Oats Coconut Oil & Maple Syrup. Add Raw Buckwheat Chia Hemp & Teff Flakes. Then be creative and add whatever seeds nuts fresh fruit or dried fruit; Sheep or Buffalo Yogurt or even Coconut Kefir, whatever you prefer. Larger portion and an Egg for Pre Workout; less Oats and more seeds nuts and yogurt for pre bed snack. Have fun with it, get the kids involved and Be Well!!
