Patient :One day a few months ago i just woke up and my left wrist was killing me for no reason. On the right side of my wrist theres a bone i can feel inside when i touch my wrist that I can't feel on the other hand. It constantly hurts like shooting pains, sometimes in my forarm too but they don't leave those areas and go into my hand. It feels like popping when i move it and sometimes it gets tight and when i move it it hurts more. I'm right handed so i don't use my left hand for much of anything. The picture i sent over is the area in which i feel the pain, theres not actual bone sticking out.
