Patient

Q: One year ago I got the implanon birth control. My periods stopped soon after. I've gone a whole year with not a single period up until April. Before the implanon my periods never caused pain or discomfort. But the one I had in April was excruciating. Two weeks ago I noticed pinkish spotting. It went away the same day. Ever since then I have had very sore breasts and nipples, they are noticeably bigger and fuller, every day headaches, mood swings, diarreah, and bloating. The implanon is supposed to work for three years. Its a 1/1000 chance. Could I be pregnant? Or is it most likely the implanon affecting my body?
