Patient : Im having sever lower back and leg pain . my mri is as follows l3-4 loss of disc hydration. broadbased disc bulge flattens anterior thecal sac. neural foramina are narrowed on right and patent on the left.
l4-5 loss of disc hight and hydration with right parasagittal disc herniation indenting right anterior thecal sac producing right lateral rescess stenosis. right posterolateral disc herniation narrows right neural foramen. leftposterolateral disc bulge in combonation with facet arthropathy produces left neural foramen stenosis. posttramatic etiology canot be excluded.
l5-s1 loss of disc height and hydration with broad based disc bulge incompleatly effacing ventral epidual fat. posterolateral disc bulge in comonation withfacet arthropathy narrows left neural foramen. right neural foramen is patent. left posterolateral disc bulge produces left neural foramen stenosis with commpression of exiting left l5 nerve root. right posterolateral disc herniation narrows the right neural foramen. posttramatic etiolgy cannot be excluded
my question is based on my mri findings in your opinion could this be enough evidence for ssi claim.
