Oral Allergy Syndrome

Patient

Q: I have developed an allergy to every fruit and non cooked vegetable. I use to be able to eat them without any problems but in the last few years every time I do my throat begins to itch and my stomach hurts. I believe it is oral allergy syndrome but my doctor has offered no advice on how to fix it. It really interferes with my eating and I would like to get healthier and more in shape by summer. I am unable to do so with this issue. I was wondering if possibly blending the fruits might get rid of it. Like in smoothie form? If I peel the fruits or something. Any help would be much appreciated!!!
