Q: Impression after MRI
Osteoporotic signal changes in all vertebrae.
Traumatic bony contusion of L4 vertebrae, (Vertebrae height is maintained)
small CSF signal intensity tubular sac of size 3 x 1.3 x 1.4 cm seen at L4-L5 level left side neural foramina and extraforaminal area s o traumatic pseudomeningocele causing compression of nerves at this level.
Very minimal diffuse disc bulge with desiccation at L3-L4, L4-L5, L5-S1 levels.
The age of the patient is 65 years female,kindly suggest treatment.
