OTC alternatives to Atrovent nasal spray?

Patient: Is there anything similar to Atrovent nasal spray for non allergic rhinitis that I can buy over the counter? Benadryl type medicine and Nasacort don’t help.

Symptoms: Runny nose

Doctor: Thank you for writing to us.Please understand that anything above Benadryl is not going to be OTC. I recommend that you see a Doctor. The reason the drugs are not OTC is because they have a lot of addictive potential and you should avoid them.Hope this helps you. All the best.
