Over the Counter Medicines whilst Breastfeeding

Q: I am breastfeeding my 8 week old daughter and we are both fit and healthy. I would like to start taking an over the counter tablet, but before I do need to to know if it is safe for my daughter and what any possible risks may be. I have been looking for the answer for several days with no luck. The Ingredients are listed below:

Active Ingredients (Daily Amount in 2 pills):
Copper - 4mg
L-Tyrosine - 400mg
PABA - 400mg

L-Tyrosine
