Q: Over the years I've twisted my ankle many times from athletic activities. I'm almost 33 now and my ankle has been injured since before thanksgiving. It's not healing
No swelling or appearance changes
It's between my Achilles tendon and the knob on the outside of the ankle.
It will progressively feel better until I stand just right and it feels instantly like a brand new injury.
Should I be doing anything more than cold/hot wraps and minimal stretching/exercising of it?
Or after a few months should I go to see an actual doctor?
