Overheating

Patient: I was sitting out on the front porch steps this afternoon, still in my black dress pants, (with the spandex for maternity) and the temp was about 80 deg F. I began to warm up rather quickly, and it felt so good on my skin and I knew the dress pants were holding alot of heat in. A little later, I began to feel my pulse in my face, so I moved to the shade. I have read so many horror stories on the internet about this “cooking” the baby. I’m guessing here, but I would guess my time outside in the sun was about 10-15 minutes, 20 at the most. Did I move to the shade in time? Are there any concerns to the baby? I am 15.5 wks pregnant.
