Overuse of Nebulized and Inhaled Albuterol with no relief

Q: I was diagnosed with Asthma almost four years ago but it is not very well controlled. I have had a total of 93 inpatient hospital stays since 2010 for the Asthma. I find myself using my nebulized and inhaled Albuterol four times more than prescribed with no long term relief. I can breathe clearly for about 10 minutes. I am starting to break out in a red patchy rash as well. My question is, is there anything else that can be done for me to get relief or will i have to continue to endure more hospital stays of longer than a week?
