Pain and Spherocytosis

Patient

Q: I have hereditary spherocytosis. For most of my life I have experienced extreme pain my my limbs. It varies which limb is hurting and sometimes it is multiple limbs. The pain lessens with cardio exercise(although sometimes the pain is so bad I'm unable to move) or massaging. I was told as a child that it was because of my blood disorder but have found no list of symptoms that include extreme, chronic pain (such as with sickle cell anemia). Is this a byproduct of my blood disorder?
